Cancellation & Booking Policy

To secure your event date, a nonrefundable deposit equal to 50% of the total event balance is required at the time of booking. Your event date is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
Cancellation Policy
The 50% deposit is nonrefundable under all circumstances.
- Cancellations must be made more than 74 hours prior to the scheduled event time.
- Cancellations made within 74 hours of the event will result in the remaining balance being due in full.
- Failure to pay the remaining balance after a late cancellation may result in the client being ineligible for future bookings.
No-Show & Last-Minute Cancellations
Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the contracted event total.
- Clients who repeatedly cancel last minute or fail to communicate may be declined for future services.
Additional Fees (if applicable)
Travel Fee: May apply for events outside the Indianapolis area.
- Extended Service Fee: $___ per additional hour beyond contracted time.
- Overtime Fee: $___ if service exceeds scheduled end time without prior approval.
- Returned Payment Fee: $35 for any returned or declined payments.
- Date Change Fee: $50 administrative fee to reschedule (subject to availability; original deposit remains nonrefundable).
By submitting a deposit, the client agrees to all booking and cancellation terms.
What Is Not Grounds for Refund
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Personal taste preferences after drinks were made to standard recipe
- Venue-related issues outside of our control
- Weather, power outages, or external disruptions
- Guest count exceeding agreed number
- Changes in client expectations not previously discussed in writing
